I'm from Portland Maine, I studied Massage Therapy at Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine in 2012. Later on I worked for Massage Envy and The Willows Boutique Spa trying to gain a steady clientele. After about 2 years later I was finally able to settle into my own rental space for my own private practice. Recently I had the pleasure of sharing my little upstairs space with an Aesthetician and it was great! Natalie Lytle and I became very close friends. We later decided to settle into a better space with great foot traffic in a small plaza in Windham, ME. A few years later I moved closer to my home in Portland and continue to work on my wonderful clients that have followed me from all locations! I personally enjoy massaging people who especially need the work. Whether you work at a desk all day or run in marathons, massage therapy will always help with your stress & anxiety, or any Chronic aches and pains. My goal is to help each of my clients accomplish their goal for each session with my knowledge in Anatomy & Physiology, keeping them in the best shape and comfort for their mind and body.
